We can print you a new card at the Reader Services Desk between 9.00 am and 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’re unable to collect a new card in person during these hours or if you need the card posted to you.
Please note that there is a £5.00 replacement fee for a replacement card, this fee can be paid at the Reader Services Desk, or online.
Before you request a replacement card, please be aware that if you recover your lost card after you have replaced it, the older copy will no longer work.
